Welcome to Full Circle Physiotherapy!

The Full Circle Physiotherapy team is constantly working to grow and adapt with the changing landscapes of our communities to meet your unique health needs.

VIRTUAL and IN PERSON appointments available. With all visits, we work to take comprehensive history and discuss your health to determine the best treatment, lifestyle and exercise strategies tailored to your individual interests and needs.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES - We understand that life happens! Please give at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment time. When last minute illness or inability to attend an in person appointment arises, we are happy to convert to a virtual appointment to ensure continuity of care. Patients who provide less than 24 hours cancellation notice, or miss their appointment will be charged the full value of the appointment to the card on file.

WAITLIST - Add yourself to the waitlist and our system will automatically prompt those on the waitlist who meet the request criteria should a cancellation happen.

SCHEDULE UPDATES - Jodie will be working out of Pomegranate Midwives ONLY beginning September 2024 as she transitions into schooling for her PhD.

Sliding Scale - The care you need should not be inaccessible to you! Please connect with us if you are feeling challenged by the financial burden of accessing preventative, supportive healthcare. We are happy to discuss a cost that is more flexible as needed to make sure healthcare is accessible to you.

We look forward to connecting and supporting you.

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

Jessica graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia in 2011. Jessica’s journey to practicing in pelvic health physiotherapy began after the birth of her first child when she needed to seek out the services of a pelvic health physiotherapist herself. Experiencing excellent partnered and evidenced-based care from her pelvic health physiotherapist, midwives and obstetrics team, lit a desire to practice in this amazing and underserved area of medical care. Jessica completed her training and has been practicing as a pelvic health physiotherapist since 2018.

Jessica has a keen interest in pelvic pain as well as pre- and post-natal care.
